one day I will win lol
One day I will win at poker...wasn't today though lol.
Well, I just finished the $55k, I never play it usually but when times are hard,I usually go back to that tourney and get a 1st , so I tried. But failed :(. I didn't have loads of chips post rebuy, maybe 12,000 but I worked them up to 25,000 by 2nd break. Then I had AK suited, riased it , the person to my left overbet all in and very short stack called, I decided it was a good spot to call. I earlier said to Gid that I am going to need to win one race to win this mtt lol. And he had QQ , despite 2 diamonds on flop giving me hope, the turn and river bricked, and i lost a 38,000 pot, I was left with 4,800 and bb at 800 I shoved my A-3 , bb had KK lol. And a A flopped. course a K rivered so yaknow. Another nice tease by stars, but hey whats new?
My Other 2 mtts I played solid, made a few resteals when times were had and my resteal with AJ ran into K10! for alot of chips in a $15k gtd close to the money, K flopped and I was gone. Then in the other, I had KK vs AA. I felt I could have actually folded this one, I was pretty much sold he had AA but thought fuck folding Ks in a $27 mtt. I know its maybe a bad attitude, but hey, less then 0.5% of players in the world could have got away from that hand, and I dwelled on it till my time bank ran out!
So unfortunately, no good news regarding poker. But I am not sad whatsoever which I think is a good thing, I mean I get up everyday to play this sick game, put in like 7 hours everyday, to either break even or lose a few hundred bucks and to keep playin well and not get down beat too much I think is a feat. It's a sick game, but I chose it, I think I have a gift at this game, maybe I am picking the wrong tournament, maybe variance is being a bitch.. But give it a little while, and I am certain I will get rewarded. (like my self affiliating talk ? :) ) Well, I think that sums up everything of late. I noticed negreanu has a nice stack in the main event of the wsop and I am rooting for him to win , so hopefully by next time i post hes still in.FORZA KIDPOKER.
