I'm just starting this £4,000 Mtt £11 buy in 431 runners, and decided I am going to do a hand history on it for future reference.
Hand #1- A Qoff utg, Limp, fold to post flop bet on K 4 7.
Level 2, bb, 33, one utg limper, i bet 60 into 90 on a 668 flop. they pass.
QQ , utg limps, someone mins to 60, i make it 200.he calls. flop 10 J x. He checks, to be honest I didnt love this flop, cos 10 10 or J J is defo a hand he can raise with and only call a re raise. Despite this, I felt if he has a one pair hand like AJ ,KJ, A10 then I can force an error if i push and get a call. So I did a vast over bet and pushed all in, he called with K-J turn K , river 9. Phew....Justice.$3,030 in chips.
level 3, Kh10h, limp for $50.I call a min riase, and pass on a 77Q flop. I not gonna get creative with these donks this early to be honest. I planning on playing tight most of the way this mtt till latter stages.
A-10 ep, someone limped before me, I decided this hand im gonna do a little riase , just to charge the blinds , so i make it a modest $125, limper calls. Flop 7 8 10, he pushes in $995, i call quickly here. He flips up 8-9- which isnt great for me, im ahead , but hes got around 44% chance of winning which isnt great , fortunately a 10 comes to seal the deal. $3,975.
10s7s , in sb, they all fold to me, i opt to limp and bet a J 9 5 flop and take it down.Moved table.
K 10 on button ,they fold to me, bb 100, alot of people would riase here but I call, and the reason is, when i raise here, im opening up to getting re raised cos people will think im stealing ,also, if they call, being oop they ll call with a hand stronger then K 10. So i call , pair up and im good right? Then maybe they wont drop top pair weak kicker. flop drops 732, bb bets , and takes it.
Ad8d utg +1, textbook is to throw this away really, but I know if i limp, it may prevent a late pos raise, and i have position on the blinds. And thats what happened this hand, flop comes 8 J 6. they check to me , i bet 150 into 300. Someone check riases to 400. I think for a bit , calculate im getting nice odds but also wonder what he may do this with, a J? hmfem, 86 hes betting straight out i feel, i kinda thought hes just testing me, so i call to see another card. It comes a 5, he checks, I could bet here, but hes not calling with worse and may setup another chcek riase so i check. River A. He checks, so now im thinking hes defo messin with me on the flop, i try and get a call and bet 400 into 1,200 i think. he passes. $4,475.
Qs10s in late, someone makes it $450 (bb 150 now ). I pass.Really wanted to play taht one lol.
5-5 utg +1, I really never drop pairs in unraised pots, especially if i have some chips, so i limp, 2 others limp. J 9 2. i check call a turn bet when a J comes, and another $150 bet for $1150 when a 7 falls on river :( . I really know im likely beat on river, but $150 for $1150 its really difficult against these players, he could have A-2- underpair to 55 or Q 10 etc. flush draw. I know I know , excuses. $3850.
4-4- in bb, mid pos, makes it min riases , i defend and fold on K 10 Q flop. $3,550.
sb -3,5 my signature hand, 2 limpers. useless flop and pass to a bet. $3,400. Dropping alot of chips , calling when I need to be maybe stepping up a gear in agression.
Level 6, $100/$200.
10-3- bb, co, riases to $400, sb calls. despite nice odds, i pass. K K 10 flop. hopefully I still behind there.
Ah8h sb, ep min raises, mid pushes, they love their min raises.$3,100.
A-7- ep, after a limper , I really didnt want to riase and have to call a shorter stack all in, cos it been all in frenzy on this new table.
Utg +2 , K 10 last hand before break i make it $575, button calls .I check a K J 7 flop (pretty much value here) if he has Kx better gl to him. He checks, turn 4, i bet a weak $450 into something like $1,200 , I love these bets , alot of people don't because it gives pot odds to my opponent etc , but it really does increase peoples stacks getting extra value here and there , and im not committing myself. Anyway he calls, river comes another J. I prudently check as does he . He mucks. $4,425. needed that. I checked his hand , A 10.
1st break, $4,425. 137 left, Average is around 4,700. So I am a little below par, but for the hands I have had and the crazy table I drew im content. I will probably start making a few more moves once we draw closer to the final 50 where we cash.

BB-A7off-4 of us see flop of J K 6. Fold to a ep bet.

button , A K! lateish makes it 1k straight, i shove in quickly. He decides to pass, fine by me ya know, thats 1,800 ish without having to go to showdown, $5925.

bb-95- fold to min raise, even thought someon esle called. i gonna preserve what i have , so when i double thro its worth more. 245 flop :O.

I just seen 3 guys all in now, and none of them were critical, A 10 , 88 , and AJ. Unbeleivable really, If i am lucky enough to find a big hand, I should do well on this table.

2nd Break. 40 left, $16,000 average stack. Gtd £25.86 lol. I gotta be happy really I mean, A5 beating KJ there lately my luck hasnt been holding in those situations. Hopefuly If I get an actualy hand or a passive table , I can start to gain some chips, thing is even $13,800 isnt big stack at all , it just seems alot cos i been short all tourney lol.

Ah well, for the hands i had i cant moan. TT, TT, AK . for 3 1/2 hrs isnt much to work with. Another bubble finish pretty much like last nights heads up competition. 17th/256 :( .
